Homewood Suites by Hilton Washington DC NoMa Union Station

I had the pleasure of staying at Homewood Suites by Hilton recently, and I must say that Mia and Paul, the agents at the hotel, truly went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. From the moment I arrived, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident and greatly appreciated. Mia and Paul's professionalism and warmth were apparent as they efficiently checked me in, ensuring a smooth process after a long day of travel. Their friendly demeanor immediately made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. What impressed me most was their willingness to go the extra mile to accommodate my needs. Mia took the time to provide me with detailed information about the hotel's amenities and services, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Paul was equally attentive, offering helpful recommendations about nearby attractions and restaurants, which greatly enhanced my overall experience. Throughout my stay, Mia and Paul remained accessible and approachable, ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. Their genuine care for guests was evident in their proactive approach to ensuring that everything was in order and that I was enjoying my stay to the fullest. In addition to their exceptional customer service, Mia and Paul demonstrated excellent teamwork. So the service here is great. My only gripe with my stay was that one of my towels was filled with straight hair from a long haired person. This was disappointing. 😔 I continued to find hair across the room so I want to say that they should take care to clean the rooms better. It would have been nicer if this was not the case. Their Wednesday evening get together is nice.

This is a lovely place to be at if you’re looking for a decent stay. I visited with my friends and had very good time at the place. The staff was very polite and welcoming especially the front desk people were very nice. Rooms were good and I didn’t had any issue with the coffee maker (which I encounter very often when I move). Thank you!
